For an operator of Suzhou laser cutting machine and Suzhou laser engraving machine, not only skilled operation skills, but also good maintenance tips are required, so as to better let the laser cutting machine / engraving machine serve us and extend the service life.

1、 Water replacement and water tank cleaning

Generally, it is recommended to clean the water tank and replace the circulating water once a week, and make sure that the laser tube is filled with circulating water before the machine works. Because the quality and water temperature of circulating water directly affect the service life of laser tube, it is recommended to use pure water and control the water temperature below 35 ℃. If the temperature is over 35 ℃, the circulating water shall be replaced, or ice shall be added to the water to reduce the water temperature (it is recommended that the user choose a cooler, or use two water tanks).

2、 Equipment fan cleaning

The long-term use of the fan will make the fan accumulate a lot of solid dust, make the fan produce a lot of noise, and is not conducive to exhaust and deodorization. When the suction of the fan is insufficient and the smoke exhaust is not smooth, first turn off the power supply, remove the air inlet and outlet pipes on the fan, remove the dust inside, then turn the fan upside down, pull the inner blades until they are clean, and then install the fan.

3、 Lens cleaning

It is recommended to clean before working every day, but the laser cutting machine must be shut down. There are 3 mirrors and 1 focusing mirror on the machine. The laser is reflected and focused by these mirrors and then emitted from the laser hair. The lens is easy to be stained with dust or other pollutants, resulting in laser loss or lens damage. No. 1 and No. 2 lenses do not need to be removed when cleaning, just carefully wipe the lens paper dipped with cleaning solution along the center to the edge of the lens. No. 3 lens and focusing lens need to be taken out of the frame, wiped with the same method, and then installed as before after wiping.

4、 Cleaning of machine guide rail

It is recommended to clean and shut down the machine every half a month. As one of the core parts of the equipment, guide rail and linear axis play a guiding and supporting role. In order to ensure the high machining accuracy of the machine, it is required that its guide rail and straight line have high guiding accuracy and good movement stability. During the operation of the laser equipment, a large number of corrosive dust and smoke will be produced during the processing of the processed parts. Based on the large amount of smoke and dust deposited on the surface of the guide rail and the linear axis for a long time, it has a great impact on the processing accuracy of the equipment, and will form corrosion points on the surface of the linear axis of the guide rail and shorten the service life of the equipment. In order to ensure the normal and stable operation of the machine and the processing quality of the products, the daily maintenance of the guide rail and the linear shaft should be done well.
