The following points are the places to pay attention to when using the laser machine:


 


1: water replacement and water tank cleaning


Recommendation: clean the water tank and replace the circulating water once a week


Note: Make sure the laser tube is filled with circulating water before the machine works.


The quality and temperature of the circulating water directly affect the life of the laser tube. It is recommended to use pure water and control the water temperature below 35 ° C. If the temperature exceeds 35 ° C, the circulating water needs to be replaced, or ice cubes can be added to the water to lower the water temperature. (It is recommended that users choose a cooler).


Cleaning the water tank: first turn off the power, unplug the water inlet pipe, let the water in the laser tube automatically flow into the water tank, open the water tank, take out the water pump, and remove the dirt on the water pump. Clean the water tank, replace the circulating water, return the water pump to the water tank, insert the water pipe connected to the water pump into the water inlet, and arrange the joints. Power on the pump separately and run for 2-3 minutes (make the laser tube full of circulating water).


Fan cleaning


Long-term use of the fan will cause a lot of solid dust to accumulate in the fan, which will cause a lot of noise and is not conducive to exhaust and deodorization. When there is insufficient suction power of the fan, the exhaust smoke is not smooth, first turn off the power, remove the air inlet and outlet pipes on the fan, remove the dust inside, and then turn the fan upside down and pull the air blades inside until it is clean , And then install the fan.


Three: lens cleaning


(It is recommended to clean it every day before work, and the device must be turned off)


There are 3 mirrors and 1 focusing mirror on the engraving machine (No. 1 mirror is located at the exit of the laser tube, which is the upper left corner of the machine, No. 2 mirror is located at the left end of the beam, and No. 3 mirror is located at the fixed part of the laser head Top, the focusing lens is located in the adjustable lens barrel at the bottom of the laser head). The laser light is reflected and focused by these lenses and emitted from the laser head. The lens is easily contaminated with dust or other pollutants, causing laser loss or lens damage. Do not remove the lens 1 and 2 when cleaning, just carefully wipe the lens cleaning paper dipped in the cleaning solution toward the center of the lens. Edge swivel wipe. The No. 3 lens and focusing lens need to be taken out of the frame, wipe it with the same method, and then replace it as it is.


Note: 1. The lens should be wiped gently to avoid damaging the surface coating; 2. It should be handled gently during the wiping process to prevent it from falling; 3. Be sure to keep the concave side down when installing the focusing lens.


Fourth, the cleaning of the guide rail


(It is recommended to clean it every half month, and turn it off.)


Guide rails and linear shafts are one of the core components of the equipment, and their functions are to guide and support. In order to ensure the machine has a high processing accuracy, it is required that the guide rails and straight lines have high guiding accuracy and good motion stability. During the operation of the equipment, due to the large amount of corrosive dust and fumes produced by the workpiece during processing, these fumes and dust have been deposited on the surface of the guide rail and the linear axis for a long time, which has a great impact on the processing accuracy of the equipment and will Corrosion spots are formed on the surface of the linear axis of the guide rail, which shortens the service life of the equipment. In order to allow the machine to work normally and stably, and to ensure the processing quality of the product, daily maintenance of guide rails and linear axes must be carefully done.


Note: Please prepare for cleaning the guide rails-dry cotton cloth, lubricating oil


The guide rails of the engraving machine are divided into linear guide rails and roller guide rails. In the YM series, linear guide rails are used in the X direction and roller guide rails are used in the Y direction.


Clean the linear guide: first move the laser head to the far right (or left), find the linear guide as shown above, wipe with a dry cotton cloth until it is bright and dust-free, and add a little lubricating oil (you can use sewing machine oil, cut Do not use engine oil), slowly push the laser head to the left and right several times to distribute the lubricant evenly.


Cleaning the roller guides: Move the beam to the inside, open the end covers on both sides of the machine, find the guides as shown in the figure above, wipe the areas where the guides on both sides contact the rollers with a dry cotton cloth, and then move the beams to clean the rest.


V. Inspection of the light path


The optical path system of the laser engraving machine is completed by the reflection of the reflecting mirror and the focusing of the focusing mirror. There is no offset problem in the focusing lens in the optical path, but the three reflecting mirrors are fixed by mechanical parts. Large, although usually no offset occurs, it is recommended that users check whether the optical path is normal before each work.
