Cleaning method:

There are three mirrors and one focusing mirror on the engraving machine (the No.1 mirror is located at the emission outlet of the laser tube, that is, the upper left corner of the machine, the No.2 mirror is located at the left end of the beam, the No.3 mirror is located at the top of the fixed part of the laser head, and the focusing mirror is located in the adjustable barrel at the lower part of the laser head). The laser is reflected and focused through these lenses and then emitted from the laser hair. The lens is easy to be stained with dust or other pollutants due to long-term engraving and cutting of the machine, resulting in laser loss or lens damage. No. 1 and No. 2 lenses do not need to be removed when cleaning, just carefully wipe the lens paper (cotton) dipped with cleaning solution (special cleaning solution and cotton ball are equipped with a laser with a power of 100 million) along the center to the edge of the lens. No. 3 lens and focusing lens need to be taken out of the frame, wiped with the same method, and then installed as before after wiping.

Be careful:

1. The lens shall be wiped gently without damaging the surface coating;

2. Handle with care during wiping to prevent falling;

3. Please make sure that the concave side is downward when installing the focusing lens.
